Glenunga Medical Centre is currently receiving an enormous amount of phone calls. Strategies have been put in place to manage the high volume of calls, however if you experience difficulty getting through to us to book an appointment, we sincerely apologise and request that our online booking system be used instead.
The team at Glenunga Medical Centre remains committed to providing our patients with the best possible care and advice in these uncertain times. However, we must make sure the health, wellbeing and safety of everyone is at the forefront during this critical time.
If an in-person consult/visit is deemed essential, we ask that you please refrain from attending if:
you are a close contact of a confirmed case of COVID-19,
have been directed to isolate,
have been to locations mentioned by SA Health,
you are currently waiting for COVID-19 test results, or
you are experiencing COVID related symptoms such as fever, cough, cold, sore throat.
If any of the above apply, please call us up to arrange an alternative measure that best suits your circumstances, and to make sure you get the best care you need for your health condition. Our staff will be more than happy to assist you.
We are now offering both telephone and in-person consultations. However, if you have any flu-like symptoms you must only book a telephone consultation. If in doubt, please phone our friendly reception staff on (08) 8338 5885.
