We strive to give excellent medical care. With this in mind, we request that you give us at least two hours’ notice for change or cancellation of GP appointments, and 24 hours’ notice for Allied Health appointments. This will allow for other patients to be seen. Please note that email is not attended regularly and is not our preferred mode of communication due to privacy. We therefore require you to call the Practice directly.
A cancellation fee of $30.00 will apply for missed appointments with your GP. Appointments with Allied Health Practitioners that are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice incur a $50.00 fee.
